The CapSure Permanent Fixation System by BD is a 5mm laparoscopic device used for securing hernia mesh and approximating soft tissue. It features polymer (PEEK) cap fasteners that minimize adhesions and offer strong, consistent, and long-lasting, non-absorbable fixation in procedures like hernia repair, even with large-pore meshes.
